Hi Diary!

Figured I would take a break from my ridiculously new hard-working routine to write something. As a side note, I got 4 1/2 hours of sleep last night. No I wasn't studying, I was watching the soccer. Too bad though Chelsea lost. Oh well it's worth it. The incredible feeling of tiredness I have right now actually is quite funny. I'm sort of deliriously typing English notes out. In fact, I'm deliriously writing this blog. Man I'm just sounding weird now lol

So let's have a look about what I wrote last time.

Regrets. The philosophy of my very bestest friend is an intriguing one, 'I have no regrets, just favourite mistakes'. I'm not sure I'll take that one on board. Anyway I don't think a day passes when inside your heart you just go, 'Ah, I should have done this or this... or not done that... etc.'
It's so part of us as human beings! I mean, from stuff to school, to relationships (oh big one!), to ordering dinner. So what's the solution? Yeah I'm not coming up with an answer.
Like I said last time, Even if you stuffed up, just do better next time. That's all that really matters I think.

Kenta. Dreams are a fascinating thing. I've had at least two dreams where he's been in it. And I've woke up and just been like. Aw. if only one more conversation? I suppose that's a little unreasonable isn't it. Something tells me that somewhere inside me, I haven't forgiven myself for everything that happened. Where would the dreams come from? Now is May, So I guess that was about 6 months ago. What a time in my life. The death of my grandma, the death of Kenta, assessments, problems at church. How things can change in 6 months? I believe for the better. And best of all, more mature as a person.

Assessment block two went well :). UAI estimate coming next week I believe. So much hype. 99.6 at USYD for Law/International Studies or 99.3 at UNSW. This is one thing God'll definitely have to guide me in. The former could prove quite the difficult. The latter I think I can do. Who knows where I'll end up a year from now.

We won Crawford shield :) What an amazing feeling. We won the premiership too. only a few more games left in my NSBHS career in a road-trip sometime later this month down south.
Speaking of sport would be to speak of the incredibly frustrating process of soccer. Lets just hope things get better. I believe in the bunch of guys we've put together, we just haven't shown it.

Come to add the fire. Had some really amazing ISCF discussions lately, namely, last Friday with Mark, Ben Blumberg and some others. Youth and church has been so good as well. No words to describe the wonderful things God is doing in the ministry, and I pray, in many people's lives. I could go on. Joe Helg is a legend and his sermon's have proved really applicable to every day life.
Not being Lukewarm...not stealing time... approaching evangelism... always growing stronger.
PS Ben/Evelyn's sermons have also revealed to me a distinct sense of direction in GCC. which is very encouraging for me. Deeper and Wider. Discipleship. Mentorship. Servanthood. and a few lame jokes :)

Would like to focus over the next few weeks to continue building friendships in this the last year of school forever. Only get one shot at this, gotta make the most of it.

Bye Diary

Andrew
